Moshe Rabbienu gave a semicha to Hosea ben Nun he actually gave him part of his abilities to become a vesselo of Torah From HaShem WHen you are humble you become a vessel Everyone had a similar middah that they were extremely humble. In Gemara the tanayim argue who is Rabbi.. Anyone who teaches Torah .. A Semicha in A gemara is equivalent of a posek Hosea ben Nun he made the laws..the whole concept of semicha is misunderstood .. everyone can pass the test and get title of “rabbi” but its misleading as it does not tell you what kind of Rabbi he is .. the first test is shechita
One of the main things that makes a company becomes mc donalds starbucks or UPS one of the the small business consistent fail is their treatment of Top producers… big companies when they see their super star they give him the best treatment… You dont become UPS woth small minds.. Problem is they do not appreciate the top guy.. people r penny wise dollar foolish .. we need to first do and then ask and and these days people are loosers by choice we need to build yourself the employee too has to be reasonable and should not ask for the whole store
Employers need to make sure to they treat their superstars well.. when someone is stingy he is opposite of HaShem.. Same thing goes tzedaka it does not hurt a little bit it is not enough.. if it does not bother you its is not enough.,. when someone really understands that eveything belongs to HaShem we have to treat the money lke it is not yours.
